Windows Vista Build 5308

I wonder if the Vista launch will reach the crazy hype levels of Windows 95?

Vista will alienate soooo many users who are using systems that just won't cut the mustard. What will be the minimum spec? I know it won't run anywhere as smoothly as OS X runs on my 5 year old laptop.
